MGHAIRS Beauty – Shipping Policy


By placing an order with MGHAIRS Beauty, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time. All charges include handling and may be taxed depending on your location. For international orders, shipping fees cover only postage and handling. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges must be paid by the recipient directly to their local carrier.

2. Order Processing & Deadlines

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) and may take 1 to 4 business days, with a maximum of 7 business days depending on item availability.
  • Orders placed before 1 PM CST on business days begin processing the same day; after 1 PM, processing begins the next business day.
  • Processing refers to order preparation, not shipment dispatch.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UPS Express Options: 1–3 business days depending on selection
  • USPS/UPS Ground: 2–7 business days (within 48 continental US states)
  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
  • USPS Express Mail International: 3–5 business days

3. Shipping Carriers

Standard shipping is handled via USPS or UPS.

  • For expedited shipping (UPS), delivery by a specific time is not guaranteed—deliveries are generally made by 8 PM on the estimated delivery day.
  • Carrier selection for standard delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Delays or address correction fees may apply if one is used.

4. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping applies only to USPS or UPS Ground within the 48 continental U.S. states. Excludes international orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, and USVI. Minimum order value for free shipping is $49.99 (after discounts).

Exclusions apply to:

  • Gift cards
  • Bulk orders
  • Orders over 20 lbs
  • Oversized/backordered/preordered items
  • Items marked ineligible for free shipping

If ineligible items are in your cart, you must remove them to qualify for free shipping.

5. Weekend Delivery

  • UPS (Expedited orders): Delivered Monday to Friday
  • USPS (Standard orders): Delivered Monday to Saturday
  • No Sunday deliveries are available.

6. Risk of Loss & Claims

  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
  • MGHAIRS Beauty is not responsible for packages shipped to international shipping agents or forwarding services.
  • Lost or undelivered packages must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • If shipped via USPS, initiate a case with them at 1-800-275-8777 before filing a claim with us.
  • Claims may take 1 to 8 business days to process after USPS resolution.
  • International customers:
    • Must report undelivered shipments within 14 days of the shipping date.
    • Must report lost packages within 20 days of the delivery date.

7. Restricted Items (DOT Compliance)

Some products cannot be shipped by air due to Department of Transportation (DOT) restrictions. These include:

  • Aerosol products: hairspray, shaving cream, inhalers
  • Flammable or corrosive products: fragrances, nail polish/remover

Orders containing restricted items will be shipped via ground only to comply with federal safety regulations.

For international shipments, customs labels will reflect the contents of your order.

8. Returns & Customer Satisfaction

  • We stand behind our products and customer satisfaction.
  • If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
